Here goes:
Transmission works fine. 3 hours later after a routine fluid flush and filter change, when I make a turn ~15-25 mph and gas it about 60-70% it revs and slips then catches nastily with some jerking. Dealership says not their fault and that my tranny was just ready to die. wtf? Any ideas? TIA

Don't take that from the dealer, problem wasn't there before the work was done by them, inform them that you are going to contact the better business b. as well as local news stations and what not. That should get them to remedy their goof up. Who knows, maybe the dealer didn't fill the transmission all the way or something and it is low on fluid, there good up not yours.

When they test drove it after they worked on it they said it was fine. I had to take them out in the car and reproduce the problem, which was easy. The guy who rode with me said it might not be full, but they checked it and it was only about half a quart low which in my opinion is still low 1 hour after being serviced. They said .5 quart wouldn't make any difference. I have no idea what to do now.

All you can do is call the service manager and start bitchin'. If you can't get anywhere with him ask who his boss is and get his number and call him. The dealership should fix it especially if the problem happened after their service. Believe me the squeaky wheel always gets oiled!

I complained, all they would agree to do is drop the pan again to see if some harness or something got clipped or what not, but they said there's absolutely nothing they could have done to cause the problem. What I don't get is the problem surfaces ONLY around turns when I accelerate out of them...

90k, but runs like a champ otherwise. It just pisses me off that it worked fine before. If I hadn't got the fluid and filter changed it would still be working fine.
