Yea you can just buy the scoop from just about anywhere, you just need to mold them on and repaint... which isn't that big of a deal..

If the OSV kit gets produced and the quality of work is good, I bet they would do a hood for us on group buy. Im not driving my car back there to do the hood group buy tho. LOL

Hah yeah they wouldn't need a full donor car for that. That would be cool, I'm sure quite a few would be interested in a cowl.

Not this guy, I want Ram Air style hood.
They still would need a donor hood to make a one piece unit. I don't feel we could get enough guys wanting the same style hood.

I think it is a softer look to match the lines and curves of our Alero's. The othe Pontiac scoops I have seen have harsh lines and are to big IMO.

Personally, I could go with either a cowl or a ram air. That GTO hood takes the win for me. I just liked the cowl hoods because they look so much more subtle. IMO the GA ram air hoods dont flow well with the car.

-_- it looked good, just didn't like the ricer crowd it put me into. i didn't have the mindset of a ricer, i had it because i thought it looked good, and most agree it did, but looks better without
the original hood i posted looks and flows the best outta all of these. no huge trans am scoops, no wild ones like that mustang, the camaro one is basically the one i'm talking about, the SS style.

And that hood might go on your car at first, and just like the wing you will remove it when you realize the crowd it puts you into, RICER. It is a fugly scoop. I didn't like it on a Chevy and will never be seen on any car I drive. Like I said somewhere on here, nobody will ever agree on a hood so I will be having my own custom made when the time comes.

this day and age anyone who modifies the exterior look of their vehicle is a ricer
it's retarded. the general population now are all into STOCK IS AWESOME, and nothing can look better than what the factory produced..
no one will agree on a hood, or body kit, or wheels, or anything, i just thought it'd be cool if they produced it as an option. but as you say custom fabricated, best option.

im liking the cowl hood with the seam.
cowl hood (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150201643506&fromMakeTrack=true&ssPageName=VIP:Watchlink:middle:us)
Im going to panel bond and rivet to my stock hood. then glass it in i like the seam it gives it a little better look i think. Im also throwing around the idea of doing vents in the fenders too just haven't found ones i like yet
