hi.. im jonathan
i recently got married and came with my wife was her 99 alero... she wants me to do some work to make it look better/and i want a little better performance out of it...

we live in south dakota

most the time i drive my 94 integra but for some reason this place is snowcovered most the year soo its in storage..!! (what global warming could do:) )

im pretty active on the honda forums this would be a first for the alero though...

one down side to the alero is its been in an accident and could use a new rear passenger side door.. and that part of the body straightened out.. and a new front pass fender/headlight.. it has a leak in the powersteering system.. but not from the rack and pinion.. and the interior lights come on when we make a stop... and then dont go out for 45-hour after the cars been parked..

thank you!... btw my wifes alero is a 3.4 v6 stock everything blue underglows and a new pioneer system.. bout the most performance in her is a set of bosch plat 2 spark plugs and a fram filter.. haha some new rims are comming after tax time too..

I got the 3400 V6 also.... Has the LIMG leak been fixed? Also sounds like your car could use some rewireing.....

I'm assuming that the s/c is for the Acura. Sweet, and after you get that on then you could turbo the 3400, then your wife would be faster than you lol.

yep the s/c is for the teg... and i was interested to see how much there is in aftermarket engine for the alero.. i thought it was just a family car.. now its gonna be my family sleeper car:)... too bad bdyman live in chitown.. thats about 15 hours from here.. and ive thought of getting an engine for my car its self.. but they dont come out too much and when they do its usually because its broken.. they are the same engine as the f-16 and we use four of them..:).. kinda fun to play with the jet.. but not as fun as tearing cars apart..

We can def help you work you're wife's Alero. The 3400 is a very underestmaited engine, we have a few members that have s/c 3400's and a turbo 3400 too.

Look around: There is a thread that has the fastest Aleros on the board and it's broken donw into sections. This way you'll have no doubt you can work the Alero ;)
