I like those ground wires :D But just wondering, are those wires ONLY for a keyless entry and possible an amplifer? If so that's a freakin nightmare

stereo, door poppers, brain box, alarm brainbox relays for various lightning relays for train horns, air suspsension lines, air suspension gauges, voltometer gauge, oil press gauge, dual battery hookup. lots and lots of electrical nonsense going on in my car

did you sand off the paint before you attached those grounds????? if you didnt, you will be getting some unwanted resistance from the paint ;-)

he wouldn't get a connection at all, if he didn't... thus leading to no ground at all.

Why don't you run some of them under the carpet, in the middle of the car?? you can't really NEED access to that kinda wiring, often.

Believe it or not you can still get a ground without sanding the paint just not as good if the paint had been removed. That is one cluster fuck!

Yes I've done it before with a unpainted, self taper. Works all the time for small voltage stuff, but I wouldn't recommend doing that on bigger thing ie DVD player, radios, amps....etc.

my poppers took me about 2 hours total to install, but thats just the 2 front doors. all you do is take off the outside handle, remove the rods attached to the latch and then run a crimped cable from the solenoid to the latch.

What kind of cable are u using or what type of cable are u using? Just wondering!
