Front end noise.

MY BAD FOR THE DOUBLE POST MY COMP IS ON THE FRITZ.

i have noticed my front right tire has been making a insanly loud humming noise exspexially between 40-50mph. Now i repl********* the HUB about 7 months ago could it be this again. I have no dummy lights nothing is rubnbling and the tires are at the right pressure and like three months old. Any ideas
