Just won the ebay auction today for 4 - 4 piston brembo caliper off the caddy CTS-V. They're front and rear set. Now I just need to find 14" rotor for the front.. or reuse my exist SSBC 13" rotor. And find 12 to 13" rotors for the rear (or get some custom machined).

I'm almost positive these front will bolt up 100% no problem. I will find out in a week when they shipping out.
Be on the look out for my SSBC 2 piston front caliper for sale soon!

And heavy. You should be in the market for some better tires to really complement the clamping force those will have (think R-compounds).
Interested to see how you will adapt the rears.

Now you need the C6 Z06 front rotors. The fronts looked like they should bolt up, I was going to try this when a friend of mine gets his V brakes for his '06 CTS Sport.

Sweet.. i'll look up C6 z06 rotors. Prolly use front and rear rotors off the C6 z06.

The Trial! and Verdict!
The front CTS-V brembo calipers bolt up no problem. Seen in the pic is w/ my 13" rotor. Obviously these are made for 14" rotors.
BUT.. The caliper won't clear the rim. They will only clear if use 15mm spacers.
The Answer - they fit, but need 15mm spacer to push wheel spokes out. aka. wheel will be moved outwards 15mm. Otherwise, It won't work.

The CTS-V rears does not bolt up the the Front either. The holes is slightly off. and its a use of a 12" rotor.

450 shipped on ebay. I'd already sold the front caliper set for that much to another friend of mine. So i'm not losing any money. Coulda got more for them, but hes a good friend of mine so i gave him a deal. Damn RWD drive cars. Has more offset for wheels to clear the calipers.

Actually the CTS doesn't have more offset, I think they just have the wheels designed to clear the caliper more.
The wheels on my Alero were off a CTS originally.
I highly doubt the rears will fit. If I remember right the caliper mounting holes are spaced farther apart on the rear than on the front.

CTS wheels are 6x115 +42 offset. 18x8.5 .. so the wheels are wider w/ the offset makes it clear just barely. My wheels are just 20x7.5 +40mm offset.
They would work, I'd just need to put a 15mm spacer and get some extended wheel studs.

damn it richie you do stuff like this to make me cry don't you
so what did you sell to your freind? did you have aftermarket calp. before?
how are you dealing with the bolt holes on the calp not lining up ?

not really if your on springs. My friend had to put 15mm spacer on his g35 to use the aftermarket 6 piston fronts and 4 piston rear calipers or else the spokes hit his 20" iforged wheels.
Since i'm on air ride, yes it will limit my suspension travel from the wheel tucking in unless i do some widebody fenders on spacers.

i sold my friend the front 4 piston calipers. I do have aftermarket calipers. the SSBC 2 piston front big brake kit. I was trying to see if any other 4 piston caliper would work. I would like to stop as good as my buddy's g35 (as mentioned above) w/ 6 piston front and 4 piston rears calipers. His car can stop 60mph to 0 in 1 - 1 1/2 car length. LOL The bolt holes not lining up in the pic was the rear CTS-V 4 piston caliper that i tried in the front to see if that worked.

I'm going to try a few other 4 piston calipers. Each manufacturer calipers are different sizes and has different size pistons in it. The CTS-V caliper was huge in the front cuz it has 43mm pistons in it. The rears are smaller due it havnig 35mm pistons in it. So i'm going to keep trying.. Theres others that will fit! I know it. LOL

This red OSV Alero has 4 piston brembo's .. cept this caliper is smaller cuz it has 32mm pistons in it. I'mma try to find some. The CTS-V caliper just had too large of pistons so the outside was bigger. I believe Oldsman has these brakes off the green osv.

i do have these brakes on mine, Richie. they clear the OSV wheels with more room than the EVO has. they did come with the custom mounting bracket that i did still have to modify in order to get the caliper centered on the rotor
