fuel problem

i have a 2001 olds alero with 2.4L I fill up my tank and i can only go about 172 miles on a full tank in town and on the highway i get about 232 miles
replace the fuel regulator/blown out fuel injectors/ changed fuel filter but still seem to get crapy milage.

i drive in town 26 miles round trip dont know why i get such crappy gas milage
