door tweeters

2004 gl2 my question is the door tweeters arent installled. now beofre i buy them i have a few questions. i know there wont be a harness to plug them into since it didnt come with them but i know i can wire them into the radio. my question is for the cars that come with them pre instatted do they have a special radio for them? am i going to ruin anything by connecting these? i just lose the tweets and want them badly? any help would be appretiated thanks:)

You wont ruin anything by connecting them. Make sure to have good connections, and enjoy.

should i tap into the front or back speakers? and idk if u know this but why are the front speakers connected to the lock unlock switch also they just share the same power? should i just tap the tweets to them?

um they might share a ground but not the power wire...

Your speakers will never share a "power" or "ground" with any other devices besides another speaker. its impossible.

Simply put the positive to the positive and negative to the negative.

As far as special harness... Its jsut another set of wires running from the mid up to the tweeters... Nothing special about it. No filters/crossovers, nadda.
