They are custom made, you gotta pull the rubber off them or something.

they are from earlier years...i think only 99 and 00 but I am not completely sure

^ Correct the blue hvac knobs are only on the 1999 and 2000 model years. The later years had the white knobs and like sleepy said you just pull the black rubber cover off.
