So... My plan was to do clear corners this weekend, but tonight I said hell, lets do it all tonight! Anyhow, six hours, one busted bottle of silicone, three deep cuts and a phone also covered in silicone later.. I have these:

Color match them.

I think i'm keeping them clear, I don't like black with the red. Matching the color would be hard too, its red.

Not hard, it's called Duplicolor. Available at auto stores everywhere. My Alero and Auror are both matched. Below is a picture of my Aurora which is a shade of red.

dang the match color looks pretty sweet. Maybe I'll open um back up and do it. I still don't like black with red, cuz I plan to get some White accents painted on this spring, but I donno, anyhow, I might have to match the color now.

might as well ask in this thread, when painting the bezels, do u have to use gloss paint? or will a normal flat black work just as well?

heh, 6 hours is a LONNNNNNNNNNNNNNG time. What did you use? a hairdryer? I used an oven when i did mine, took me about 2 hours to do both. Tomorrow i gotta clear my driver side corner, cause they replaced that one when i got in the accident.

The whole car black would look nice then I would get the lower grilles chrome or stainless finished.

It all depends on what you want, gloss would look good and flat would to. Black looks more factory if you as me. and hes my new thing, painted bezels wit the reflector!

wrightie also does them.

and whats the deal w/ people taking SOO long to clear their corners. mine took like an hour each. (w/ lots of down time in between) and for the love of god... get a rag to wipe the extra silicone off with. it doesn't come out of anything!
