what is the proper torque for the transmission oil pan bolts? how much oil would there be when i take the tranny oil pan off to change the oil? thanks

Torque is 89 in lbs (10 Nm). When you take the pan off. There should be a lot of oil. I think all of it will drain out. Just pry it off on one side and let the oil drain and then take out the whole pan.
