replace them with the Infinity 693.7i or 692.7i (they also have two sets of connections)

sweet :) :) okay now my true goal is to get the kick panel and add 2 more speakers to the front and possible 2 more tweeters in it upgrade the front door speakers and tweeters and replace the rear's with those in infinities and add 2 subs. for the speakers i was ganna get a 6-way amp(is that right or would i need more cuz the tweeters) and and amp for the subs... soooo can i use the stock wires and head unit. and where do i get the wires for the subs?

Whoa partner... Your about to have an imagining nightmare on your hands with that setup.

Your best bet for SQ in an Alero is to pick a spot and stick with it. Either do kicks or stay with the doors.

Alot of imaging can be had even with the stock setup by modifying the sail panel tweets. The fact is they point right at you which is a huge mistake.

Mine point straight across and a little down. My SQ is very good in my car. Im sure theres room for improvement, but its way better.

Im not sure if what I said made it through, so let me try again.

If you do what your talking about its going to sound like crap. Its not going to be 3 times louder or anything like that, just crap.

Thats because your waves from the speakers will be colliding and canceling each other out.

very good point lol didn't even think of that lol which is said cuz i used to get paid big bucks to dj and setting speakers up was one of my duties lol hahah wow sometimes i don't know about myself hahaha
but yea i'm ganna ditch the kick panels cuz i was driven a lot to day and realized i would miss the foot pad for ur left foot :)
but i still wanna know if i can use the stock wiring with and amp and where the connection for the subs would come from...

Stock wiring for speakers with an amp is a no go.

The wires are to small anyhow.

Connection for the subs? From the amp? Unless you mean power which you have to run, and a remote.

The stock wires are almost too small for the stock wattage. They're something crazy like 21 gauge.

all dreaming aside. [:(]
would pluging the high wires to the 6x9's work and the low wires to a selp amplified subs like the tube Jcwhitney sells?

why not go with a high/lo adapter if you wanna run subs off 6x9 wires.

also i got some polk audio 6x9's from my acura that im selling since i cant use em in the truck or alero anymore

i don't think i would need to get the adaptor cuz it's the monsoon system has mid/low wires running to the 6x9's already... [if i'm wrong thats a question :)]

That monsoon amp may work fine with the monsoon speakers. As soon as that changes your not going to like the results.

You will want a new amp with new speakers. Or new speakers with an aftermarket deck.
