I'm also wondering about the fit/rubbing issues, and if 8.5" wide rims with +35 offset will stick out too far. Post some new pics of you have some.

Well all night putting them on they are on the car Minimal Rubbing on the strut on the bottom of the spring So im going to try and push it up a little bit to clear them and the other issue since it is lowered with h&r on the front bottoms out on the fender well guard so im going to try and fix that also They fit good and ride well i am plaesed for the money i have in them Pics will be up soon

Well what size tires are they? I would think you'd need a 30 or maybe even a 25 series to fit 20's

14alero
04-12-2008, 04:38 PM
they have a 245-30-20

What about when the wheels are turned to full steering lock either way...do they rub at all? How far do they stick out beyond the fenders?

14alero

h&r on the front bottoms out on the fender well guard but im goingto fix that some how the wheels fit good i can beleive for being a 20x8 wheel

Heres are the pics that everyone said that wouldn't fit the car or would be sticking out.

Nice looking rims. They sit perfectly inside the fenders. That's one of the things I like most about Aleros, the fenders are already pretty nicely flared from the factory. I may just have to go with some 8.5" wide rims myself.

If they are rubbing the fenders, instead of paying to get them rolled, check out this vid:

yeah its got H&r springs with stock struts
So just those springs dropped it that much....also forgive my lazyness but those are 20's or 19's at 8.5

Eibach's would drop it the same all around a little more then those H&R's. Also a bodykit would look nice to fill the gap to the gound in.

A body kit would look good but I like it the way it is. The fit is great and the height is right. To me that is!
