just got a set of sprint lowering springs, and kyb gr2 shocks installed on the alero. only sits about an inch lower so far, but handles a lot better.

ya, there isnt a realy noticable drop...kind of dissapointing. hopefully they settle a bit. the ride is stiffer, and handling is better. ill try and get some pics when it all settles.

if you JUST installed them.. then yes.. they will take a little while to settle to their proper drop height. so at first, it won't seem like much.

I installed Springtech's which are the same as Sprint's (I think), and they sat a lot lower than that when they were first on.
Maybe it's the struts? I have no idea (I'm an idiot).

my springs settled about 1 1/2 inches more than when installed for a total of about 2 and 1/2 inches
