I'm working on my system. Just finished covering my trim pieces with black felt (that's all store bought sub boxes are covered in). These pictures are just the dry setup. I'll be screwing it all together tomorrow and adding a fused distribution box and ground ... and of course the subs.

Top picture is of a store bought BassWorx dual 12" sealed box with the amp rack 3/4" top and the side trim pieces added.

Middle is with the amps

Bottom is what it will look like with the trim piece around the JL to cover up all the wires and distribution boxes for a nice clean look.

Thats alot of amps. I assume one for each woofer and one for mids and highs??? Looks sweet...it will definately be nice and warm in your trunk...

Problem with that is vibration isnt good on Electronics. ive done it before, everyone has. just be aware of the risks.

Are you going to strap that box down, cause I see you loosing a lot of money at once if someone gets in your trunk. Looks good! I'm not into putting amps on boxes but what you have done is clean.

Yeah, I know about the vibrations. I'm old, I won't be pounding on it much. Time and space dictated this setup. A few years ago it would be much more complicated.

Yes, one amp per sub and the JL 4 channel for the rest. More than I wanted but it was a deal I couldn't refuse.
