Seat belt guide loop

Just how important are the seat belt guide loops, they are absolutly ugly. has anyone removed theirs? if so can you post pics?

Completely unimportant. Mine have been gone for years. (Since I have those red/black seat covers, can't have that on to work)

Took them off my Alero years ago - kept them in the trunk just in case, but I don't think my sister-in-law put them back on when I sold her the car, either. I took them off so I could get seat covers on.

take of the headrest, pull it off
