depends on how deep the scratches are....

if they are through the paint youll need to use touch up or sand down and repaint the area.

if its simply a surface scratch rubbing or budding compound can remove alot.

That stuff you see on TV GS-27 or something actually works ok.... I hhave used it. What color is ur car.

welcome to the board btw.

ok,....are the scratches deep????
take your pinky finger and run it along the scratch if it stops well it can`t be fixed
if it slides right over it can be buffed out
do you know how to buff with a buffer???
or are these key scratches????
if they are then it will need to be repainted
but...if you know how to wet sand and buff you shouldn`t have a prob at all
really need a bit more info or a close up pic so i can help you out more

yes i know how to buff with a buffer
but these are def. key scratches so your saying all i have to do is paint it over.
i dont have to sand it down or buff it out?

ok....do you do body work or paint work???
yes r&i the parts that have to come off to do a nice job no paint lines
i would d.a. it with 120 then 240
one coat of a primer filler
wet sand it with 400 then 600
then use 3m prep blend with a grey scuff pad to prep the panel for paint
but if you haven`t painted before take it to a shop and get it done
