I bought a set off E Bay. Guy said they were new never installed. So he couldnt verify if they work or not.
I took the leads to my battery, they didnt light up that I could notice.
So my question is, are they supposed to light up or create a blue tint then the actual bulbs light it up???
Im not sure if I wasted $15 or got a good deal?
My next question is, if they are indeed dead. Can I still use them and they can light up from the stock bulbs?

at 15 bucks.. you didnt really loose much- might toss some pics up or something? wouldn't hooking it directly to the battery cook it? lol
havent bought a set for my car yet, so im clueless on them

you definitely won't be able to tell in daytime or sunlight -_-
i thought my reverse glow halo gauges didn't work or weren't connected right then realized you just really can't see it in the daylight

i have a old 12V 800mah power supply that i just drag into a bathroom with whatever led project. (only room in our house that has a close lightswitch, power outlet and no windows) good for day testing...
