I would lower it with those otherwise you will not see a major difference.

I put eibach springs on my car with stock struts.. dropped the rear end quite a bit and the front end just enough to match the rear end.. i got a side shot on here somewhere of it- nice and even methinks.
doesnt mean im not gonna go for these struts in the near future though :P

why would it need to be lowered to see a difference

cause struts really only control the rebound of the suspension, they will not stiffen your ride at all. Springs are where you will see a handling difference since they are what will stiffen the ride quality and improve your handling. Struts are used with a stiffer rebound to compensate for stiffer springs, that way you have even compression and relaxation of the spring.

If you're going to spend $50 on an alignment after you put the struts in, why not do the springs at the same time? You will already have everything apart so you might as well throw on some lowering springs.

yea i have the kyb agx struts front and back for 4 months now. There are 4 settings, I let them break in for 500 miles on setting 1 and then gradually went to the next setting, spent a few hundred miles on them, etc. I have only gone up to 3 and the handling is great on that setting, I will do 4 oneday when i hit the track. They're on 2 for daily driving.

yeah. u have to get a strut spring compressor. i would suggest you buy the eibach springs when u get the gr-2's. and new strut mounts for all 4 wheels.
