I just finished my new center console last night and it is being painted right now (actually its being primed, but same diff.). The primer that I just bought it almost like a glossy black which was wierd, but it looks pretty damn good. I just wanna get the opinion of you guys before I go through with this... but do you think I should paint the piece gloss black. Keep in mind, every other interior piece is white and red, so if I did go with the gloss black, the I would also be repainting all the red pieces.
This may not even matter bc I wanna send my parts out for a cf make-over (which I am also looking for a place to do it, so if anyone knows, let me know).
I will be posting pics up of this new piece as soon as I decide what color to go with.

Not red. But it would look pretty clean in CF.

REAL carbon fiber, it would. Fake carbon fiber is worse than none at all.

Ok so now the question is should I paint everything that is red to black? It would look a little more stock, seeing as that the stock is a dark gray, and I refuse to pay a lot for carbon fiber.

i think black would look better. since the outside if red, you don't want major pieces inside to be red. just the accents.

well if I do repaibt the whole thing it is either going to be all black and white pieces with a white dash or red and white pieces with white dash. I think the red stands out too much...
anyway I did end up painting it red for the time being so I will be posting up some pics tonight.
