i tried searching and it didnt really help too much. im thinking of buying some new rims for my car...they're Fast Virus 19 x8, bolt pattern is 5 x 114.3 and the offset on the rim is +55 ..i know that our stock offset is +42 but will these rims fit my ride cause of the offset or what would i need to make em fit? heres a pic of the rims for ya

with an offset that big, I doubt they'd be able to fit our cars without major suspension mods (or new hub assemblies with longer screws and a couple spacers) They do look good though.

would a +40 offset work, the company makes them with that offset in the same bolt pattern, also the OEM Hub is 70.3 and theses rims are for a 71.5....what does that mean?

A +40 offset would be fine. The 71.5 is the bore of the hole in the wheel that fits on the hub. You could use in on our 70.3 hub, but I would suggest getting hub centric rings to take up that extra space.

I'm not a big fan of chrome wheels, but I think those would be sweet on an Alero
