For your car, I'd say 2, 4, or 5.

4, 6 or 1 (my favs in order)
Them black R12s could look sick on a black and chrome car and the one just below them also looks good.

w/ a green car? 2,5... if they could be gunmetal instead of silver...
Oh yeah its green... I need my eyes checked. Number 5 or 6 then

this wheel is starting to take my attention lol
The overall guidelines are inspired by the classic tradition of the 5-spoke wheels, however proposing absolutely innovative elements able to enhance even the latest vehicles on the market.
A contribution to the overall elegant design is given by other style elements, in particular the recess that runs along the whole length of the spoke, giving a fascinating bas-relief effect, and the decoration rivets in stainless steel, which make the 7500 more precious but not heavier. In fact they attract attention and underline the light effects of the mirror-like polishing of the spokes face.
Carefully refined in every detail, but without exaggeration, this wheel can boast and extraordinary dynamic charge however remaining extremely elegant.
The Fondmetal 7500 can resist extremely high stress thanks to its high workload capacity as well as its structure rigidity of nearly 1100 KNm/rad.
In a word: a beautiful wheel of superior quality.

That spoke design looks like it could clear 4-piston calipers.

alright.. post something you think would stand out on an alero.. if you find a set of OSV wheels for sale.. hell that'll work too lol.. or something extremely similar to the OSV wheel-
kwhauck
08-19-2008, 10:28 PM
well i'll try to find some, but it is a personal preference, don't buy wheels for YOUR car because somebody online doesn't like them, it is YOUR car.......but i'll post couple anyways....
kwhauck
08-19-2008, 10:39 PM

would those even fit on my car?
kwhauck
08-19-2008, 10:58 PM
well holy crap i'm not gonna do all the work for you, you will have to contact the seller and get all the specs on the wheels, I know they could be powdercoated, i'm pretty sure they could be chromed.....
kwhauck
08-19-2008, 11:14 PM
ok well, i just talked to the guy, he isn't sure on the specs but he is thinking 19x7.5", not sure on offset, or bolt pattern, but he is gonna look and get back to me tomorrow

do they even sell the "OSV" wheels anymore? (Racing Hart C6's) or all rims of that particular style gone for good?
I've searched for them but I always just get pictures..
Cliff8928
08-20-2008, 01:37 AM
They're very hard to come by.. They're also sold as a Work Esperio 02R. You can see on the pic of those RH wheels, directly across from the valve stem in that little rectangle is where a "work" logo would be. The 5Zigen ProRacer ZR+520 is probably about the closest you're going to get otherwise.
Oh, and those wheels for sale on the Audi forum are most likely 5x112, not 5x115.

Doesn't the Z06 conversion need 17's? Or is that the Baer Big brake kit?
Everyone post up Wheel and Tire Sites. there's Tirerack.com and the one Billy posted. Keep em coming. Daddy is selling his house soon, I'mma see what I can get out of it.
Cliff8928
08-21-2008, 03:14 AM
Nobody has done the Z06 brakes as far as i know. Those are some HUGE calipers.
That wheel should be able to fit over almost any rotor you're going to install on an Alero, be it the 12" F/W Body or 12.8" C5/C6/XLR rotor.
Midgear
08-21-2008, 03:17 AM
how hard is the Z06 conversion?
Cliff8928
08-21-2008, 03:23 AM
I'm not sure yet... It would be easier and more practical to use the Cadillac "V" calipers though. The parts for the Z06 are insanely priced because they're in demand.
Do you really need 6-piston front calipers?
Midgear
08-21-2008, 04:01 AM
Do you really need 6-piston front calipers?
define need.. as far as being unique- that'd be awesome.
as far as stopping 3600 pounds of sedan.. I seriously doubt it-

well that wheel you posted billy is out of stock.. the last one on your list in an 18" size.. so wtf.

LOL I asked wheelmax.com how much those wheels weigh.. they said they can't give that kind of information..
these - http://www.wheelmax.com/product.asp?ProdId=17301
shipping weight is 28 pounds per wheel, they said that's all they know.
wierd- I need to invest in photoshop.. or get ahold of paulyb. need to sample some of these wheels on my car lol- a direct side shot doesnt give enough detail..
