I seem to be having 2 different hesitation problems that may or may not be related. At about 2200 rpm i get a hesitation that repeats itself until rpms are increased or the tranny shifts - noticable on an incline.
Also at close to wide open throttle at speeds of 70-110kph the car hesitates once a second approximately for about 4 seconds. Have not noticed this when I shift manually with the automatic tranny.
Things I have done:
Changed fuel filter
Cleaned injectors
Changed transmission fluid and filter
Installed transmission cooler
None of this symptoms occur during the first 30 minutes of driving. I am a courier so 10000km has passed since the first occurence.
3.4 with automatic tranny
One mechanic suspects servos within tranny but .......

have you had a shop run a diagnosic test on it? I would recommend having them hook up the scanner and drive it around.

i would say it is electrical either from igintion to TPS.

Do you have the TPS enhancer? Mine did something like that, but I took it out before it could get too bad

Yes, this is exactly what my car has been doing also, it feels like the gears are slipping in the transmission. I had a code pop up PO1310- Bank 1 Sensor 1, that said it was my o2 sensor, low voltage. But i replaced the sensor and the light still came back. I think it may be the wiring harness. But take yours to the shop and tell me what they come up with, because chances are its the same problem i'm having. P.S. i have 69,000 miles on my car. How many do you have? My light hasn't appeard for a couple days, but my air/fuel gauge isn't working correctly right now either so i believe it is an electronic problem vs. mechanical.
