and do i see a wingnut holding your sideskirt on??

Yes. I need to reinforce the skirts too on the bottom lol need some nylon spacers and drill those into the bottom of the car so it's held on better. The skirt ends on the rear were broken in half RIGHT where the bolt is supposed to go. So I have a huge fender washer ultra-glued to it and that's what's holding them together, and on the passenger side the other half of the endpiece is gone, so it's basically held on by frictional force. Need to get those nylon spacers in the bottom along the skirt to provide additional support otherwise it may fall off lol. Which would be bad.

Sprint's too low... 3 more inches lower would be bad.
Yes I do need tire shine, all my cleaning crap's at home. I hit up a u-wash place in a bad neighborhood and did a super quick brush and spray, lol. Car'll be a lot cleaner when pictures are taken Saturday at this massive (400-500 car) show/BBQ coming up. w00t.

The sprints wouldn't be so bad if they weren't so soft or had more support (stiffer struts)

don't drive into any of those other 500 cars... we know you have a habit of this.

wouldn't that make them eibachs?

ive got sprint springs on mine, and the drop was less than 2" i believe. also someone else mentioned they were soft and needed support...not unless they got something different than me marked "sprint", mine are firmer than stock but not so much it makes ur kidneys hurt. great ride when paired with the gr2's.

the gr2's are slightly stiffer then stock struts. I had sprints with stock struts and it was a little saggy and bouncy.

That's a negative on 3"
Sprints drop 2" or even a little less, more like 1.75". They're actually rated for a 1.75" drop. They look very good and they're a little stiffer than stock. I've been on Sprints and stock struts for over 3 years and I've been very happy with them. I've never had a problem with rubbing except for a little scrape on very steep driveways and they're even good through the deep snow of Buffalo winters. Never once got stuck.
Seriously, try them. They'll look great with the new rims and the kit :thumb:

I always heard Sprint was the lowest drop spring they made for the Alero.. but their site does say:
Alero 99-04
Front/Rear: 1.75/1.75
$256.50
I dunno. If someone doesn't buy these soon I might put them on.

I was kinda iffy on the whole 3" drop.. but hell I didnt know so I took your word for it lol, I'd still go with eibachs just because they offer near stock ride quality..

They are the lowest drop for the Alero, which is 1.75". The only way to go lower is cut springs, custom coilovers, hydraulics, or air bags.

Eibach's are the stiffest springs for the Alero. Closest to stock ride height, yes, but nowhere near stock ride quality.

I musta had some crap-ass springs on there before then.. because these springs offer damn near the same ride quality as with the stock springs-
