How wide are they? They look to be about 3/4 of an inch.

Damn I was right the first time. It looks good with the wheel even with the fender.

i have run into a small issue, my tires tend to rub the fenders going over some bumps, what is the best/safest way to roll my fenders?

Rent a roller from autozone.
Or get a wood bat and a jack, raise the car, stick it between the tire and fender, then lower and roll it forward and back... kinda ghetto but that's how I did it.
you could slot it and bend it then weld it on the inside

i dont have a welder, and i dont want to destroy my paint. any easier options? the bat thing seems like a decent option.
