Yeah, anything with the Delphi 1XX series radio should be fine. The Trailblazer uses the 100 series for all the years. The one in the Alero is either a 100 or 153 in 2001-2004.

i wonder if anyone knows that there is a data wire that runs through the factory radio that the passenger side airbag is controlled on ???
what can happen if you use the cheap harness is if you rear end someone at 10mph the passenger side airbag can blow out like you were doing 100mph on the highway, stupid dangerous, anything gm that has the double din i do believe 2002 and up.
we used to use the head unit relocation kit to the trunk up until the newer kit came alot.. which was a godsend!!
UNLESS there is totally something i dont know about.

I wouldn't doubt it.. I'll take a look at the wiring diagram for an 03' Alero today and see if there's any data/ airbag wire that runs to the radio.

Thats a lawsuit waiting to happen. one GM couldnt afford if true.
