I want to goto the junkyard and get new knobs for my radio from another car, but theres only 3 aleros there and they are already picked clean. Are there any other GM cars that have the exact same stock stereo as aleros did?

Depends on the year of your car. My Alero is a '99 and it's got exactly the same radio as my mom's '99 Aurora. They changed the factory radio in the later Aleros though. I don't know what other cars have the same one.

I think the trailblazer envoy and the 01+ alero mix. and I think you can put the navigation units from the rendezvous in the alero. Cliff did it. 01-04 grand am probably. Cliff would know.

The stock radio in the 99-00 Aleros is the same from 96, or could be 97

Newer ones 01 and up, I do not know ;)

I know for a fact, 03 and 04 alero radios came in a lot of other 03+ vehicles, I even see them in chevrolet trucks. Just look around, they're pretty easy to find.

Sorry for lack of detail, its an 02. And I know for sure that both the 02 malibu and grand am stereo was different.

Well, most of the Class 2 radios will interchange. However the illumination on the Olds radios is unique. Some buicks have the same color, but most of the other ones are white.

I went down to the junkyard yesterday, and couldn't find anything. Does anyone know of one for sure?
