Does anyone have advice on how to change the foglight bulbs? I had my headlight out once and sort of saw a way to get to them but it seems pretty involved. Also since both my fog lights are cracked right through the middle is there anywhere to get a good pair of foglights that fit Alero's? Thanks

Open your hood and remove the headlight, theres 2 black tabs you lift to pull the headlight out and disconnect the bulbs. Once you have the headlight out, you'll be able to reach down and remove the foglamp bulb.

If you need to remove the fog lights from the car, it is a lot easier to remove the front bumper. It gives you a lot of space to work with, and only takes approx. 1 hour to do so. I used installed a set of factory fog lights on a car that does not have them.

you can prolly find oem fogs from someone parting out, or a junkyard or ebay.

I was wondering if there are any HID for the factory fog lights?

Yes but I don't know if they come in the factory size. There are other bulbs that are not exactly the same yet still compatible, you could find out more at your local auto parts store they will be able to tell you.

Not if the bulb is compatible. There is more than 1 size that fits.

X2 it takes more time to open the pack to get the bulbs out then it does to put them in. If it takes anyone over 3 minutes to but those bulbs in please back away from the vehicle and return your drivers license to the MVA, DMV......etc.....LOL

HID is better. LED light won't carry very far.

Yeah undo the 10mm bolts holding on the fender liner to get access to the fog light housing, then just twist and they drop out.
The size is 894, 893, and 880's both fit the housing, but the wattage is lower and the bulbs don't last that long
