how to access and test door speakers?

how do you access the big speakers in the doors? i think i blew out one of mine but i'm not sure if its just loose in the door bracket. could someone help me out?

also, if its bad, should i just go to a Junk Yard to get a replacement or are there any brands that are relatively inexpensive that would give an equal or slightly better sound quality?

Ok, its fairly simple.

Pop the cover off under the door handle grab area. Two phillips screws. Pull the red reflecter off, 1 phillip screw. Pull the door card off the door panel. THen lift up and off.

Takes a few minutes first time. After that its a breeze.

As for checking the speaker. Unplug it and simple take the speaker and its plastic housing off the door. Dont need to take any screws out. Put a DMM set to Ohms on it and it should read about 3.6.
