Sunday morning I took a trip to the local U-haul


Picked up a tranny cooler, (11x4in) and spent about half a day installing it.

The kit came with the hoses, and the mounting materials. The cooler mounted in a snap, Just had to remove the 10mm bolts holding the fan shroud on. Then I took the return line and spliced the cooler into that.

SO now my tranny fliud goes to the radiator and out into the tranny cooler and back to the tranny. I mounted the cooler in front of the AC condenser.

I hope the bottom line is the return line, cause that's the one I used!

I suggest more people do this. I'll have to take pics.

yea take some pictures, this is one thing I definately want to do, let me know any differences you feel whether they are bad and good.......yes the bottom line is the return line so your ok.....

For the minimal money and time invested, it's probably one of the better mods anyone could do :thumbsup: It's GOTTA help prolong the life of the tranny.... >scribbles "aux.tranny cooler" on his to-do list<

and if you're happy with the "fit and finish" of the product, give us some details as-to what kit it is, and maybe even a model number? :)
