Splitting an OSV kit

Just a quick feeler..........

I only want the front end and wing of an OSV bodykit. Is anyone looking for just side skirts and a rear?

I know someone was asking about sideskirts for sale a while ago.

If anyone actually wants to go in on this for those other pieces let me know.

Until we resolve a couple of isues we are having with the kit I would reccomend not purchasing anything right now. We have issues with the side skirts and the rear bumper.

I just read your thread and saw that. That freaking sucks, I hope you guys can find a quick solution. I know what its like to wait for a kit, I waited over 4 months for my A#E#D kit and they didn't even have to design it from scratch like bodykits did. Thanks for the heads up.

YALEROYNOT - thanks, I'll PM him once they find a resolution to the sideskirt issue, because he's got a 4 door.


To anyone else who may be interested - if your curious why I don't need the skirts or the back it is because I've been working on "custom" pieces and I've spent a great deal of time on them and would not want to get rid of them now.

(By "custom" read - hacking up stock bumper/sideskirt and blending w/ poorly fitting A#E#D bumper/sideskirt to make it look good and still have the "body dents" like the OSV kit has.

I've actually considered that, however, his flares out in front of the wheels and the lines are not as defined and sharp as the OSV kit. If no one goes in on it with me then I will probably go that route.

Don't take that the wrong way either, I think his kit looks great and he put a lot of work into it, I've just seen tons of pictures now of the OSV kit in different lighting conditions etc. so it is pretty easy to imagine what it will look like on my car.

Then again if he puts it up on ebay again and no one has responded here I will just buy his, and then hack up a camaro spoiler to slap on my trunk instead of buying the ridiculously expensive bodykits OSV spoiler, there discount price is the maximum I would ever pay for that wing.
