So I'm doing a full 3'' dual outlet side exhaust soon. I've settled on putting it just before the rear wheel. I need tip opinions, I was thinking dual rectangles but I'm not 100% and input is always good.
Discuss...:)

sides pipes are gay, it's gonna be stupid loud, and have you ever actually looked underneath the alero? there is no room for sidepipes unless you remove somestuff and cut channels into the floor board.....

You can't do dual side exhaust. The gas tank is right there in the way. Unless you put hella heat shields on the pipe. I woudln't recommend it. You can put it on the left side tho.

side exhausts are illegal in some states. i think PA is one of them.... another one of those odd, dumb rules.

Which side is our gas tank on? Passenger/driver?
Its legal in NY, I had to go down to local PD this afternoon to drop off some stuff from my neighbor (her son is a local PD officer)
They said as long as its not too loud its fine :)

you don't know what side it's on? have you never gone to a gas station?
i live in new jersey where i don't even pump my own gas and i know where it is.

the exhaust would be way to close to the ground and just one would look dumb, just my opinion.

just because the gas fill up tube is on one side of the car, doesn't automatically mean the actual tank is on the same side.....

on side note, especially for speed freaks or osv bodykit people, if you run at aftermarket fuel cell to one side of the body or other (left side would be easiest because of access to fuel lines) and then you cut our your spare tire well, you have a ton of room underneath the car where you could run a 4" exhaust straight back from the motor with no flow resrictions whatsoever

i'm telling you if you want a serious car, ditch the stock fuel tank, and cut out the spare wheel well, it opens up so many options for both exhaust routing and fuel pump/filter

^ This sentence and "side exit exhaust" don't go together. It's going to be ridiculously loud and obnoxious.
I thought you wanted an exhaust that's quiet?
Instead of going up over the axle and making a tight bend that causes a lot of restriction, just run the exhaust under the axle like this:
This is Spyhunter's car
