i don't have any just look up alerob888 showcase thread, he has my old setup......
and from the looks of it, i'm gonna guess you have the stock 2.4 pulley on there, it may be a 2.2, man it's been a long time..........

Is this a custom setup or one of the original rare superchargers? nvm checked it out on gagt.com. I wish there was a bolt on forced induction kit out there, but my bank account is glad that there isn't

like the routing of some of the lines, some doin little polishing like i did, some may intercool, some may do all chrome it just depends on the persons taste,i was originally gonna do all polished but i did that with the rsm kit and it was really warm alot of the time so this sc i chose to do black.

the magnacharger rocks a rare item that can be maintainced"they still have the sc in stck at magnasun" unlike rsm that you cant get intouch with ya vortech will service the sc but you godda get a machine shop to fix the rest of the stuff whitch bloes...
weird i never looked at both pix like this.
kinda nice the AED hood is light and comes off easilly :)

So what would be required to duplicate this setup? If they still make the sc, is it just a matter of plumbing and tuning? Couldn't the mounting brackets be duplicated?
kwhauck
03-21-2009, 08:18 PM
they make the SC itself, the m62, they don't make the extended shaft or the real important piece that connects the actually supercharger to the UIM and routes the air.......
but if you are gonna go to that much work, with custom brackets and such, you ditch the maggie, like i did for a better more effecient supercharger....

If you find the time, could you really go into detail on the m62 I'm either interested in doing a SC or a twin turbo setup later in life:)

Could you post some info on your setup? I don't think I've ever even seen a picture of it. What sc do you use?

setup is not done, it has been a 3 year buildup so far, but i have in my posession and will utilize a lysholm twin screw 1600ax supercharger, which is muy effecient and doesn't max out until 22psi, which would give me with all the other stuff i have the 11 second 1/4 i am looking for.......
Yup, they do, last I talked to them.
interesting because i talked to them as sema, guy knew what kit I was talking about, and he said no shaft......

It's not the shaft that's hard to get (since Magnacharger still makes the patrs for other applications), it's the intake/outlet casting that you're SOL on.

03-22-2009, 10:26 AM
not sure about eaton, but the longest shaft whipple makes is like 11 1/4 in. and the maggie kit one is over 13 in.....
