too bad the wifi connection is $160... but even still. thats f'n sweet.
i'm just wondering what the difference is between rev and rev lite. The free one says you can read/see your codes and measurements. If thats so... what are you paying $40 for?

hahaah, you cant do as much as something like HPtuners, but still, its got some tuning features, i just want to kill the BIG SES light in my saturn/alero wonder if it kills the abs/trac off/SES all at once?

I was wondering something like this:
Is there a "generic" version of HPtuner, something that does somewhat the same job, but cheaper?

for what HPtuners is... no.

Hmm maybe I should change my question for :
Is there a tuning program available cheaper than HPtuner. maybe not as complete, but something that enables you to tune some things.

I see no ability to tune anything. It says you can check and clear codes. Pretty cool though.

No, you can't tune, lol, that's a ridiculous claim. All you can do is log basic things, and clear codes.

That is fricken sweet, if i had a itouch i would definately buy this right now.
wonder if it kills the abs/trac off/SES all at once?
that would turn right back on, cause if u have thoses three on u need a wheel speed sensor/abs sensor which means u need a wholoe hub cause its built in.

cherrington17

I have the phone, but I'm not spending 200$ for this. I thought you originally meant that it was 40 bucks for one that isn't wireless

thats the program. but then you'd have to have a way to link it to your OBDII port.
thats the major expense.
