Bought this, And was wondering if it was possible to paint?
I know I'd have to use High heat. but will the paint even stick?

IDK if it will stick to the chrome. It probably will but flake off over time.
If I were you, I'd get it powder coated. It's more durable and very easy to clean ;)

Well, if you really want to paint it, you will need to scuff up that chrome with some really high grit sand paper, or wet sanding paper. Then paint away.

it's just polished aluminum, you should just be able to scuff it up with some sandpaper and shoot it with some paint

powdercoat would be best but it should be fine to just scuff it up with some sand paper then paint it.

sand it with some 320 or 400 grit....make sure you sand VERY good until you see no shiney spots. then sand quick with 600. paint away
