Shaking on hard take offs

I think its motor mount related but want opinions.

If Im at a sit still or slow start and jam the gas, I get w eird like hoping/shaking which feels right under the dash. Its pretty bad... Doesnt always happen but 75% of the time- and only when under heavy stress.

my trans mount is destroyed. need to get the new one in, my engine moves a massive amount if i go 0- whatever without brake-torquing

yahh motor mounts.. the OEM ones are kindof pricey but last time we did mounts on an Alero at the shop, i got some from carquest that were a great price. try that out =)

Its not wheel spin...

I think its the motor/trans torquing then going back into place repeatedly...

yea my engine has a lot of play in it i need new mounts too i guess

fill them with urethane if you can, but let the urethane cure like a week before driving it again... it works like a charm and it's cheap...
