I'm going to build my own exhaust system.
But I'm going to keep the front muffler (the one behind the cat.) And the pipe.
cut it after the rearaxle. Replace the large muffler with a custom 2.5". I know alot of you have flowmaster and SLP. I live in sweden and it would cost $$$ to ship it here. But we have a lot of other brands so I'm going for one of them.

So my question is: Does anyone have pictures of exhaust installs. I have seen alot of pictures, but they are mostly on the tips. I wanna see how the muffler fits.

As I see it I have two ways of doing it.
1: One S-muffler. Just where the old is.

I can get this in two lengths. either 300 or 500 millimeters, But I don't think 500 will fit. I'm afraid that 300 will be to loud. What do you think?

2. One U-muffler, mount it 90 deg. to the pips, and using two 90 deg pipes. This one I can get in 400 millimeters only.

I prefer 1. But maybe it will be to loud. What do you think?

This here is a Dynomax Superturbo muffler. It has a single 2.5-inch inlet and dual 2.5-inch outlets. Best pics I have of it.

Hmm.
Is 2.5" a must or will 2" do the work?

I'm going to have the stock pipe all the way to the rear axle. What I can see the stock pipe is 2". So will there be any difference if I use 2.5" or 2" in the muffler? except the sound?
