does anybody know what kind of rims are on my car i do not know they are 18s

You mean the size? Looks like 17" to me. It says on the tire, next to the numbers, followed by the big "R".

i will take that stuff off but first i need to find out what kind of rims these are so i can get a center cap for one

The center caps that you have should have something on them...if not like ion said you may have to take one off and look inside for a reference number of some type. It would take to long to search the internet to track\find those with out a clue to what they are called. Good Luck!

Go look around Sears or Pep Boys. I'm sure you'll find it there. Seeing what the previous owner slapped all over it I'm sure the aren't anything spendy.
