Do any of you know the avg cost of putting in the lowering springs?

installing them? well, me and a buddy can do em in a garage without a lift in under an hour. Base your labor costs off that.

The higest quote I got was $250. But after searching around, I got them done for $95.
Those are US prices of course.

its easy to replace coil springs, ive never dont lowering spring before but im sure its the same concept, take off wheels, jack up car use spring compresser and pull out springs put new ones in, replace spring clips and repeat process....corect me if im wrong. thats with stock springs.

i was quoted $150 and $240. me and my buddy did it ourselves at the auto shop on post for like $35. all those prices are usd.

little different with our cars. The whole spring/strut assembly has to come out. No spring clips.
Undo 2 bolts/1 nut at top strut mount. 2 bolts lower perch. remove assembly.
Use spring compressor on fronts. rears don't need it.

$10 for use of a stall and all the tools I could get my hands on, at the auto hobby shop on base. Oh, there is a lift in each stall.

similar to what i used but they charged extra for the spring compressor

all the tools are included when you pay for the stall. That's kind of nice.
