good deal on wheels/tires?

ive been looking for a set of 17in wheels and came across these (http://westernmass.craigslist.org/pts/1395937659.html). seem like a good deal? if theyre still available, and in good shape, i may grab em. let me know what you think.

They look horribly neglected. I'd be taking a real good look at them in person before I offered any money, and even then I wouldn't offer much because of how filthy they are. And if thats a chrome lip around the outside of the rim there, then that chrome is shot, its rusting through.

i love the 4th ones down! i have ADR but not those. i really like those tho i say get those and sand blast then powder coat gunmetal .. or get mirror black finish... oh wait im dreaming again haha

I'm very cautious when people post stuff like "the tires are worth 400" then sell the tires and rims for 300. Doesn't make much sense to me.

well im looking for either all black, or black w/ a polished lip. and from the pic in the ones i was interested in, it does look like the clear is peeling or something. i sent him an email asking about damage and whatnot. if theyre in decent shape ill probly offer like $250 and go from there.
