Hi my name's Mack, from Northern Colorado, and I own a '99 Chevrolet Malibu, its no Alero, but still a N body so I figured this site could still be of assistance. I'm currently a member on the malibu forums as well.
Hopefully everyone will welcome my presence and my malibu.
Here are some pics.

steel w/o hubcaps= fail
white letter on an alero= fail
unless they are just winter wheels, then scratch that.
But, definitely welcome to the site!

The tires are all-seasons that I got about a month ago, they do have a lot of tread though lol

I've only been in Colorado for about 2 years now, lived in three other states before that.
As for my plans for the car, probably not much anymore, since the 3100 that's in it now has 152,000 miles on it. I might put a 3400 in it later if I decide to keep it as a weekend driver.
As for mods on it currently, I have a 56mm tb (instead of stock 52mm), MSD wires, CAI, 2.5" cat-back with a Aero Turbine muffler, and some small appearance mods.
Here's a vid of the exhaust at operating temp
