Hey y'all, gotta' a problem. I ordered from a site affiliated directly with this site(will remain namless for now) over a year and 2 months ago. Never received my product and after numerous e-mails was told it would be sent. Waited two weeks from then and never got anything. Emailed back and was told it must've have been lost in the mail, convieniently there was no tracking service. Asked to have to shipped through fedex despite the high shipping fees so that I could get a tracking number for my peace of mind. He said alright and after a couple weeks more of waiting never came through. I then asked for my money back and was told okay, and after a couple weeks waiting my card still hasn't been credited. The only encouragment I have is the guy hasn't stopped responding to my e-mails. Is there anything I can do? The chunk of change isn't light, I'm not particularly ready to forfeit it. Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
