Hi my name is Travis im from Wisconsin I have wanted a alero forever and I have finally got a 2001 gx alero I bought it for a thousand dollars the body is in excellent shape the body has 152000 on it the motor has 112000 it does need a heater vent also the fan and radiator are hangin i have not looked at where the bracket is at so I can fix it the car has the whole brake system brand new new tires on it and a new ignition I wanna paint it blurple lower I'm not sure how far yet because im not sure what size rims I am getting a body kit next spring i'm going to put the grand prix gtp motor in it. BUT I LOVE THE CAR!my favorite thing about it is the third break light we custom did anyone have any ideas let me know i definately wanna hear them you can see the alero at http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3821520 other then that i just wanna say hi and look forward to hearing any ideas.

lotta work dropping a 3800 into one and a lot of money too, better off just turboing the engine thats in it already.

what size rims you got on yours did your drop it down at all?

lowest is 2.75 before they rub

oh wait it's a 2.75" drop, 2.25" is how big my exhaust pipes are lol I'm still hung over, any lower and I would rip off my oil and transmission pans on the streets around here...

i'm in appleton.
gtp engine isn't worth it. you can turbo it and will make way morew performance for much less hassle and money...
