rubiks, post all of them up but usually it will say, 18xhow ever wide your rims are (ex. 18x7.5, 18x8) then below or next to it, it will have a number usually with a plus sign for positive offset) so the stamping might be

18x8 +45ET or it could say 18x7.5 +42 just something along those lines is what we are looking for....

so i took a photo of all of them and the only stuff i think possible would be this...

So they are 18x8in rims. Next, is there anything stamped or written next to the ET?

the onlything next to that is the blank space i looked on the next one and it had the blank space and then a small engraved 20

that is really weird that they are rubbing because I have 17x8 with 255 tires and I do not rub at all, but the rim offset calculator says that you have 1mm less clearance inside and it extends 25mm extra which i bet looks goofy as hell because mine sit on the lip of the fender perfectly..

the one side it rubs is everything bolted up right and tight, you don't have any missing tabs or anything.......

Rubiks43

the left side yea i did it like 4 differnt times!

every thing tight and strong! tabs??? no it should fit idk what the hell the matter is! any ideas at all?

Have you tried swapping them side to side? Just thinkin maybe the offset is different on one (a goof of sorts). Could the lower arm bushings be so worn that everything shifted around? I think I'd have an alignment pro look at it...

So from looking at the picture thats the RIght Side of the vehicle.. not the left.

no, unless he flipped the image lol, if the front of the vehicle is on the left side of the image its the left side of the car :P

LH = Driver side
RH = Passenger side

That's how it always is. Manufacturing and retail parts sales descriptions use this nomenclature.

Offset is +40. (http://www.bigwheels.net/index.php?location=wheels&action=view_model&model=AT695%20Black)
Or.... it could be +20... according to that link there were 40 and 20 offset versions.

C2;518213']Yeah I though it was funny he's posting the pictures of the side that doesn't rub. Hard to tell the problem when you aren't showing it.

agreed, your frame of reference is as if you were in the driver's seat

and it looks to me that the pic was with the stockers still on...

IF he would flip the image it would be pointing the nose to the opposite side.

Now is either you have different WIDTH wheels and offset dont match to be on the front. Or you have different tire size.

kwhauck

+40 would rub..... +20 shouldn't

that is a cheap half assed way yes, but i still want to know how far your wheels stick out, because if they are a 20 offset, they stick out like 1.5" and probably look goofy as hell.......

It is 50-50 chance that the issue is alignment. Most likely a little part is shifted on one of the sides. It might be that the side that is rubbing has a shifted part and that after alignment it will be ok. Or it might be that after alignment the other side will rub too. My guess is go to a local wheel shop, my shop charges $20 if you put the car on the machine just to check if alignment is off. They will tell you whether that's why it rubs.
