bodykits bbb complaint - i need help please

hey, i have a complaint started with the bbb against bodykits.

the bbb is asking me some info, i have no idea what the answers are.

i have everything else filled out.

need the info fast please.

Well the invoice number should be on your receipt.
Date of transaction is the date you put in your order.
Date problem started, would be the day you started having issues.

you shouldn't have even started with without consulting other members of the group buy, especially since you obviously don't know anything

Wrong, since he was in the group buy he has every right, its his money ......Ive read up on this group buy when i concidered buying your kit i wanted to know the issues behind it.

just stating the fact even if it had nothing to do with me....

Use the date you submitted your money for the kit.

date it started - use the day the kits first shipped.

yes he could, but I also could have screwed over everything other buyer in the group buy by accepting a deal from bodykits, scott and andy also had the chance to do the same thing, but we are trying to work things out as a group since this is a community.....

everyone in the buy needs to fill one out.

one of two things will happen.

i will get my parts, they will loose money.

it is up to them.

and, my complaint states that if they tell more lies(the side skirts fit fine) not to believe them.

I am fed up with this company and will NEVER recommend them to ANYBODY.

Yes they produced a half ass OSV kit but unfortunely they were on the edge of greatness and then fell off.

So if anyone asks were I got my kit i will say it is a custom one off so nobody makes the mistake of having to deal with this company.
