I was thinking the same thing, usually your in your vehicle when a cop pulls you over, why would they let you out of the car wandering around?

I bought strobes for the inside of my car the other day and about the lights permit for strobes for like working for the fire department you have to be 18 or older to have lights on your vehicle. but that is the law in my state other states might be different.
