I just finished watching a video of "Rowdygls" on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=THZL3b-S590 and i read the comment at the bottom about the rims, Intrigue OSV rims!! Where can i buy a set of these? I would love to have these on my car.

osv rims aren't available anymore... you need to find someone with them and buy them from them.
