little things that need to be fixed

I just have a few quick questions, 1st is i was using my horn and suddenly it just stopped working anyone have any ideas, 2nd my cruise does not work the on/off button will light up but when i try to set it at a speed it wont set, and 3rd sometimes my turn signals wont work so i have to push the hazards buttons a bunch of time to get them to start to work again i'm just trying to get the little things fixed

replace the hazard button. (its a common recall on our cars)

the cruise is on site, search for it. (personally don't know about it)

the horn should be on site as well. If someone knows, i'd also be interested in how to fix this...

stick a dime in the cruise button, the clicky thing stops working, so stick a dime in it, and it will hold it on

Those are the three symptoms you get when you have a bad ground on a little black box(not sure of name) bolted to the driver side fender, behind the filter box.
