I've been noticing coolant loss over the last month or so. The purge tank seems to be losing coolant from the overflow hose. I have done a pressure test and the system is holding pressure. Could some one give any insight as to what the problem could be:(

I have replaced the cap on the purge tank already, the car runs perfect, could it be the water pump or the thermostat possibly??

Also, oil is not cloudy, no white smoke, and no wets spots other than from the overflow hose under the hood.

I had this same issue.

I would loose coolant over spans of time with no noticeable coolant in the oil or on the ground.

I also was leaking oil around the LIMG.

I replaced the LIMG and both issues are gone.

well I don't think it's gnomes:haha:. I have no oil leaks around the LIMG, or any oil leaks at all, I will replace the thermostat and see if that works.

Starting with the cheap stuff first, and then work my way up and see what happens.
