Passlock issue

So recently my Passlock has been screwing up and by screwing up its done it like 3 times in the passed few weeks. I try to start and my car locks the ignit and i have to sit and wait 10min for it to reset.

I know that you need a bypass for a car starter. But i want it bypass'd because i dont really wanna spend alot of money at the dealer. has anyone else tried bypassing it with success?

I know it can just be shut off in HPTuners.

Add a switch and put it in fail disabled (What this means is that when the switch is in the OFF position the car sees it as the security failing to work so it disables it so that you can still start the car)...this is how I use my car starter because I didn't buy a bypass switch. There is a thread on here on how to do it...I found the instructions on another forum and the directions are from GM. Do a search for Passlock II disable.
